For a rental period, the bill and payment schedule are as follows:
Rental Rate + 9% Maine State Lodging Tax = Grand total
1st payment of 50% is due to secure booking date.
2nd payment of 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of arrival.
A separate $300 Security Deposit check is due within fourteen (14) days of arrival. Please see below for terms and conditions.
For example, a week at Maggie's Place breaks down like this:
Rental Rate ($1500) + 9% Maine State Lodging Tax (1.09 * $1500) = Grand total ($1635.00)
1st payment of $817.50 is due to secure booking date.
2nd payment of $817.50 is due within fourteen (14) days of arrival.
