RENTAL PERIOD - Our cottage is typically rented from Monday to Sunday, June to September. You may check-in anytime after 1:00pm on Monday and check-out no later than 5:00pm on Sunday. Depending on availability, we would be happy to accommodate exceptions to this policy. Please let us know how we can help.

ADVANCE PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm your reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the cottage rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date along with the security deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within fourteen (14) days of arrival. It is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to cottage or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are bagged and placed in shed, and soiled dishes are cleaned and put away.
• All keys are left on the kitchen table or returned to the lock box, and the cottage is left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged (Please strip the used beds so we know what was used during your stay).
• No early check-in or late checkout.

WEEKLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS — A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.
